POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Artist’s day that could have been filled by another client. The artist requires 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. I want nothing more than for you to love and trust me. Please respect each other’s time.

RESCHEDULING

You will receive a confirmation text and email when we initially book your appointment as well as 48 hours prior. During this period, you can reschedule.

DO I GET MY BOOKING FEE BACK?

The answer is NO. The reason being is that this is not a deposit. This is a fee to hold your spot in my books if you cancel, reschedule, no show etc.

NO SHOW POLICY

Anything outside of the 10-15 minutes period is considered a No Show. All No Show are subject to the Cancellation policy.

REFUND POLICY

There will be zero refunds given on an elective procedure. My time & services were rendered therefore no refunds will be given. In the case of an extremely unhappy client, I will be willing to work with client until we are able to rectify the situation.
